Anything else?
I very nearly suffered a collapse last Sunday morning. I was taken to the A & E department who passed me on to the AMU department when they had finished their work on me. In A & E everyone was pleasant, competent and made me feel confident, this applied to all the staff - the receptionist, the nurses, the doctor, the porters and the sister. It was a similar story on the AMU department - they all knew how to put a patient at ease, so important in a department like this. Again it was every member of staff who inspired confidence and proved that they can be very pleasant as they delivered their wonderful care perfectly. Please do not spoil all this by selling it off to the private sector
