"I felt very confident leaving my mum in the hsp"

About: Stepping Hill Hospital

Anything else?

From our entry into the A & E dept, transfer to A1 and then to ward D4, the treatment and care was marvellous. We found all the staff very kind and caring, Drs and nurses alike. They were very busy on occassions but still looked after my mum really well. My mum was on a male ward but was given privacy in her own room so she was fine. They didn't rush her out of the hsp but made sure we had additional help at home from social services before she was discharged. The whole package was brilliant. Thank you so much

Thank you for your comments.

I sincerely apologise that these were not responded to in a timely manner.

This was due to lack of administrative support at the time which has now been rectified.

I would like to reassure you however that your comments were forwarded to the appropriate teams who were pleased to hear that you had a good experience at our hospital.

Kind regards

Patient and Customer Services Manager
