"I was called in as a Daycase patient ..."

What I liked

I was called in as a Daycase patient on December 21st last year.

We travelled quite a distance to the hospital and because we arrived very early we got a parking space straight away!

I have, unfortunately, been to many hospitals, both NHS & Private.

The way both myself & my wife were treated by everyone was impeccable.

We were both nervous but soon put at ease by the nurse who did the "pre-op chat".

I was taken to theatre and greeted by the staff as if I was a long lost friend.

In the recovery area I was also treated exceptionally well - they invited my wife in & discussed what she should do in case of any problems which may arise when we got home.

I have nothing but praise for the Staff & Hospital.
