"Waiting time."

About: Fairfield General Hospital

Anything else?

We had an appointment with our four year old foster child at Children's outpatients for 10-30 am. On arrival we were told "We are running an hour late. An hour late at half past ten? This would have made a hyperactive child even worse. Plus because of your appointment system, not ours it would have put us in a "Pay if you want to keep your appointment" situation.. Whilst the first half hour is free parking your system means that the majority will end up paying because of Your incompetent appointment system.
