Every member of staff were A+. The hospital is great, why do they get bad reviews?
In my opinion any one of the nurses is worth a dozen of the manager, but the manager gets 20 times the nurses salary. This is stupid. The managers should work on the "shop floor."
For me, the biggest things wrong with the NHS is the seemingly useless managers, who I believe cause the staff shortages.
Put someone in who can relate to the nursing staff.
