Thank you for taking the time to provide feedback. We are pleased that your experience was a positive one and that you found the TRAQS service good.

TRAQS are required to confirm appointment details in writing to provide an accurate record of appointment details for patients. Some patients may receive letters from the hospital/clinic which I am sure you appreciate is beyond TRAQS control.
