What I liked
From the moment we arrived at the hospital we were treated with superb care and empathy. My wife was nervous as she has never been to hospital as a patient before. She mentioned it to the nurse in charge who even held her hand during surgery and offered her reassurance during the operation. Personally I have had "private" treatment in private hospitals as I had medical insurance and honestly was not treated so well.
What could be improved
The only thing I can think of is to re-paint the "Give Way" white line at the exit to the car park!
