"Misscarage nightmare!!!"

About: Pinderfields General Hospital

Anything else?

So me and partner were pleased to find out we were expecting our second baby, 7/8 weeks into pregnancy I phoned the early pregnancy ward due to spotting She women over the phone said I'm sorry but you have had a misscarrage!!!! No examination no nothing! Cancelled my scans. Trying to get my head around it I phoned back and it was same women and she said she was sorry, I think it was discgusting that she just said it like she didn't care and wasn't sorry at all! Ended up having a scan and the sonographer was so rude and disrespectful, I explained what I had been told on the phone and she said "why do you want a scan if the women said you have lost the baby you probably have" I was crying because the duty of care was absolutely discgusting!!! She did the scan and said yeah there is no baby so yeah your not pregnant!! The aftercare ( there wasn't any ) The staff ( I don't know how they sleep at night and should treat people how they would want to be treated ) Let's just say my experience has been reported to the CQC care quality commission because my whole experience was so unpleasant and think the staff need to be re trained on how to give quality care! We are people not numbers and each individual should have a pleasant person centred experience.
