What I liked
I attended day care unit 12/06/08 and was impressed from start to finish from the receptionist,nursing and theatre staff and the registrar.They were professional but friendly and approachable,I was very impressed and feel this is the NHS at its most excellent.I would like this feedback to be forwarded to the Chief Executive as the staff need to be made aware of the excellent service they are providing.
