What I liked
My husband and I had appointments on the day ward on several occaisions and found it to be a pleasant surprise from other hospitals where we have had appointments.
The staff were marvellous with my husband and so was the Doctor. They really helped my husband get back some of the confidence he had lost.
What could be improved
I can't see anything that can be improved on the day ward, the area is clean and pleasant and lots of books and passtimes to occupy anyone having to wait to see the doctor.
