l am a carer of sons who have stay in emerald ward. the ward was very clean but on the whole rather drab. most of the staff were friendly to staff, but not always to patients. the involvement with carers not always compliant but on the whole the ward / hospltal has in proved emensley and l think it is the best in the trust

Thank you for your comments. I'm glad you have noticed improvement in some areas but there is clearly some way to go. I have forwarded your comments to the Modern Matron and to the local team who manage the unit. Such feedback is really helpful as it means we can work on the areas where we are not quite getting it right. We want people to get the best care when they need to be admitted to one of our wards.
