Never having had a major operation before, to say I was a bag of quivering nerves is an understatement!!! But due to the care,kindness and professionalism of every member of staff, the entire experience was calming and very reassuring. I am recovering from my hystorectomy very well, and feel this is largely due to the information and the follow-up care I received from the very well informed staff at the North Downs Hospital. Many many Thanks. xxx
