I called the minor injuries unit after my younger brother caught his fingers in the door. I explain to the woman that after 15 minutes he was still in excruciating pain, the woman informed me that he could possibly have a fracture, I then asked what she suggested I do she said I'm not suggesting you do anything we don't have an x-Ray machine and hung up. I was left seething. I felt that she could have at least told me where the nearest hospital to me was or what I would be best doing. As a result of her not helping I ended up wasting precious time trying to find a hospital we could go to.
