I was recently admitted for a day case procedure under anaesthetic to ward 11. Every member of staff I met from pre-admission, the ward & theatre staff were friendly & professional. Due to the nature of many short procedures happening on the ward, there could be an element of feeling on a conveyor belt, but this did not happen at all.
