"Refused referral and no appointment"

I was referred to hospital due to a bleeding ucler. The out of hours doctor was lovely. The sister refused the referral and said I was banned. I knew this wasn't true and explained to the gp. During the telephone conversation between the doctor and the sister I was feel very upset. I have been promised a call back from the hospital. I doubt they will contact me. I have reported this hospital to the ombudsman. I have been told I can't go to a&e either. I'm I'm a lot of pain my tummy is bleeding. This is hospital has been horrible to me.
