I wanted to take the time to thank all the staff in the day procedures unit on afternoon of 23 October (particularly the Nurse) for being so helpful and reassuring during my stay as well as the staff of ward 14 overnight for finding me a bed at short notice and looking after me so well. Excellent staff and service. Many thanks.
