I recently had my baby girl via c section at walsall manor. Was meant to be an elective booked c section but my waters broke early. Was treated promptly and a decision was made to perform the c section that night. Was kept fully informed of all procedures, involved in all choices and treated with respect at all times. All staff were professional, friendly and I felt in safe hands. The anaesthetist was particularly stand out for me. She was reassuring, caring and excellent at her job. I found the care on the post natal ward to be to the same high standard. Midwives were friendly, helpful and attentive. Every member of staff I encountered at every level from triage through to primrose ward were a credit to the trust and the nhs. Lovely experience. Couldn't find fault.
