Arrived slightly earlier than my appointment time. The lady at reception was very confident and welcoming despite having a small amount of people waiting.
I then made my way to level two, day case unit. Again I found this lady welcoming and confident of my appointment time. I took a seat and waited for my turn.
The nurses, registrars, anaesthetists. and consultants and after care staff I found were very professional at all times. If I have not mentioned other staff involved, please accept my apologies. Very happy with the service I received.
