We are very sorry to hear this and urgently want to resolve the issues you've raised so that you and your partner are both happy with the care she is receiving, especially as it sounds like your partner is still in hospital. You haven't mentioned which ward she is on, which means we aren't able to make sure we put this right for you and your partner. We would also like to assure you that all our doctors are suitably qualified and able to care for our patients; junior staff know how to get help and support from a senior colleagues if they have concerns. Similarly, all our nursing staff are fully trained and should treat all patients with compassion so we are very sorry that you obviously don't feel your partner received this. As already stated, we want to put this right for you both.
