"What an amazing bunch of humans"

About: Queen Elizabeth The Queen Mother Hospital

Anything else?

Well what can I say. right from arrival through triage, my scan, my pain relief, explanations that I needed to go down for surgery. the reasons why, the risks absolutely everything, I cannot fault one, not one! They were working their butts off but at anytime I was spoken to, they treat you like an individual, they listen and don't assume and thank goodness they did, because to anyone who could see my pain wasn't excruciating, but because I had said, it hurts and I just know something isn't right. they didn't just bump me off as a drama queen (which I had been so worried about) they listened, they checked, they talked to me and rechecked. thank goodness they did as an hour and a half later I was prepped for surgery. You guys are under appreciated. A very special bunch and I thank you for everything. Also a special mention to the cleaner who was cleaning every single nook and cranny and still had time to say hello. your crucial! Xxxx
