My son had an operation and was admitted as a day case through the Elective Treatment Centre. From start to finish the care he received was excellent. He was kept fully informed at all times and the continuity of care, from his Assessment in July , to pre-op in August and the operation in October, must be commended. So to all the hard-working, dedicated staff (that includes the cheery theatre porter :-) A big Thank You!!

It was very kind of you to write and compliment the staff as it is good to receive positive feedback which reflects the hard work and dedication of our staff. It was reassuring to hear that you thought the care he received was of a high standard.
