This was my 3rd visit to have the operation. The first time my op was cacelled due to a blemish near the incision site. The 2nd was called off due to emergency admissions. I was offered a chance to change to another consultant's team, and have the op done the following Monday! I accepted and was over the moon with the professionalism shown by the whole "Team". I really must, though, say a special huge thank you to one of the doctors who went beyond the call of duty to perform a flawless operation which I viewed on the monitor. He kept me informed of what I was seeing on the screen and I never once felt that I was "in the way". A big thank you to all concerned. Rick Wilson ex patient
