About: Telford referral and quality service (TRAQS)

(as a service user),

I was offered a choice of hospitals. Decided on the nearest to home in the event of further treatment.

Doctor explained how the system (TRAQS) worked so I knew what to expect.

TRAQS handled it in a friendly and efficient manner, and treated me as a person! Wonderful!
