"Confused my cancellation of appointment"

About: Ayr Hospital / General Medicine

(as the patient),

I had an appointment on in late September at 2: 00pm which I attended. However, today I received a letter from the hospital stating the appointment had been cancelled.

I do have another appointment in Feb 2014 but I can’t think that this is the appointment that they are cancelling. It’s all rather confusing.
