"I only had to wait 30 minutes for insoles!"

About: Dewsbury Health Centre / Podiatry

(as the patient),

I had a 3: 40 appointment at the Dewsbury podiatry clinic but was actually seen earlier at 3: 35. I was very impressed with the service I received. I was seen by Gemma who was very professional and thorough.

I asked if I could have extra insoles, expecting to have to wait a few days for them. However, a lady at the clinic said if I could wait someone could make them for me there and then. James made up the insoles – I only needed to wait 30 minutes!

Hi Andy W2

Within Podiatry most patients we see are seen on their appointment time, if not before – we are pleased you experienced this too. We try and manufacture insoles for patients to take away with them to prevent the patient to having to come back. Your personal comments for Gemma & James are much appreciated by them. Thank you for leaving your really positive comments.
