"Substandard Service"

About: Hereford County Hospital

Anything else?

Although ambulances and air ambulances have patients onboard that are in need of emergency treatment but when you are able to make your own way to the hospital in a great deal of pain with a dislocated shoulder I feel some cases should be prioritised as in need of urgent care, not to be left for over 7 hours with your shoulder in your armpit! and to be offered pain relief only to be forgotten about and be left in pain. Not a good service.
