"bad examination"

About: Lincoln County Hospital

Anything else?

went to pain management on 15th October for my chronic lower back pain after waiting to see the doctor he could clearly see I was using crutches to help me walk, told me to sit down I tried to explain to him the symptoms he didn't listen or didn't see bothered altho it clearly said on my notes that ive got a 2cm difference and winging of the back, then he decided to do a exam told me to lean on the desk looked at the area poked it which hurt by the way and said it was muscle pain not bone or anything like that, then he started to lecture me and said I would be like this till I die going on about crashing in to oblivion making myself worse not getting better basically ranting on thought to myself shut up you silly man then had the nerve to dismiss me entirely from pain management i.e not allowed to go back but I need the help some form of help at that, now im on the back burner when it comes to help. worse appointment bad doctor not a clue in the world whats wrong so he came up with a silly diagnoses of muscle pain.

Dear Sabrewolf - I am sorry you have had such a difficult time and are not happy with the care you received at the pain clinic - you are entitled to a second opinion so it may be worth speaking with your GP - or if you want to contact me directly at: jennie.negus@ulh.nhs.uk with some more details I could perhaps get someone to review your case.
