whitbread ward my mum was admitted with very severe diahoroea and her body shutting down . the doctors did not communicate with each other [ there were 3 different doctors dealing with my mum ] none read the notes. standard of hygiene was disgraceful , there were so many things wrong I will be writing a letter of complaint as i am no good at computers .
