"hygiene at hospital: an update"

About: Charing Cross Hospital

(as the patient),

This story is an update about what I wrote on the 6 October https://www.patientopinion.org.uk/opinions/114293. Today I went back to the same hospital and I am delighted to see that many new disinfection gel dispensers are now placed next to the check in machines. Over the summer there was not one wipe or dispenser to be seen.

My only point is that for some people the purpose or function might not be obvious as there are no notices or instructions. I mention this because in my experience many people would not assume to use something they are not familiar with especially the elderly.
