"I wish I could have my nails cut every three months"

(as the patient),

The chiropodist was very friendly (Mr Kenny). It is lovely to have my feet done as I can not cut my nails.

I wish I could have them done every three months. It would be lovely.

Thank you very much for taking time to compliment us on the treatment you received from the podiatry service. Please be assured that your comments will be passed on to the staff concerned.

I realise that the waiting times for some appointments can be long and I apologise for this. Given that the podiatry service has a very high volume of patients, care must therefore be prioritised according to clinical need. However, we would always arrange for patients with an urgent foot problem to be seen within one working day.

Thank you once again for your feedback. We hope you will continue to receive a high quality service from podiatry at 5 Boroughs Partnership.
