(as the patient),

About 12 months ago my knee used to let me down, and I could no longer go in to town to do the shopping.

Gradually it got worse and I found it difficult to climb the stairs without falling.

Having gone to Locala to do some exercises, I am much better at walking.

Thanks to all the staff and Annette who has helped me through these exercises.
