About: Lings Bar Hospital / Inpatient Nursing and Rehab (Lings Bar)

(as the patient),

I liked how the staff treated the patients. I was made to feel safe, which was very important to me as I felt anxious about being away from home.

I wish there was more staff so that they weren't so busy and rushed. Too much paperwork for staff, but I felt that the staff always had time for me.

Thank you so much for your comments - I am really pleased that you felt so safe during your stay, the teams work hard to ensure all our patients are safe and feel cared for in a warm safe ward environment.

The staff do have busy roles to do and have lots of tasks that need doing each day and you are right, they do have a lot of paperwork to complete, this is all important to ensure the teams care for our patients correctly, however it is lovely to know that despite how busy the staff were that they always found time for you.

I shall share your comments with the teams as they will be really delighted to read your feedback.
