The service I get at the hospital is fantastic, I'm still undergoing treatment and it's been fast and effective. However, phoning the hospital to double check appointments or make general enquiries is terrible! The orthodontic department never answer the phone and take days to get back to me. That definitely needs some improvement. Otherwise, the important part - the treatment - has been excellent.
