NHS choices kindly described the nature of x rays but did not give me this basic info I needed from Worthing. So I telephoned Took 5+ minutes more of my time as switchboard was busy Very courteous friendly response :) Please tell them Took your time too.......for a very basic piece of regular, standing information And what more specific or urgent calls were delayed or frustrated as a result Please make it easier for your patients to be nice to you! Well.....worth looking into isn't it?
