What I liked

My father was taken into the cardiac ITU ward, and the staff were amazing!! We sadly lost Dad 1st May 2007, but we could not have coped with this fantatsic team of people, from advice, hugs, and cups of well needed tea at 2am !! They were dedicated to respectful and professional care of my father, they made our situation somehow bearable, we can not thank them enough!! My Dad wanted the best and he certainly got it.THANK YOU XX

We are however delighted to receive such positive feedback about the care that your father received during his stay in hospital. Ward staff at East Cheshire Trust are dedicated to making our patients’ experience at hospital as comfortable as possible. We understand how distressing it can be when a loved one is critically ill, and we endeavour to offer a personal service to patients, relatives and carers.

Your comments have been passed on to every member of staff on the Coronary Care Unit.
