Late Monday night when I called the 111 service.
I had a fall earlier that day, so the operator asked lots of relevant questions, my call was then put through to a professional who advised I be picked up and sent to A&E.
One improvement its quite long winded so maybe something to speed it up, I understand all the questions are necessary.
