"Dermatology Care"

About: Queen Elizabeth Hospital Birmingham / General medicine

(as a relative),

My father has psoriasis all of his adult life and had the misfortune last year to experience a very bad skin condition which resulted in his skin becoming inflamed, weeping and very sore and itchy. He also became very unwell.

My father has had the most marvellous care from Dr Lewis and her team at the QE. We are treated with courtesy and respect and most of all my father is listened too and is cared for in a very dignified way.

I myself am a senior nurse manager within the NHS and cannot fault the care my Father has received and is indeed still receiving.

Dr Lewis' secretary is very attentive and always rings back or gives the information you require over the phone, she is a pleasure to speak to and a credit to the team

The outpatient nurses are friendly and helpful and my Father has got to know them all well and his fear of hospitals has greatly reduced.

I have confidence in the team and my fathers care and wish to congratulate them on all being so wonderful.
