"Couldn't ask for better nurses"

About: Liverpool Womens Hospital

Anything else?

Hi My mum sadly passed away last year due to cancer. She was taken into the women's hospitial but sadly there was nothing they could do for her. They operated with a top surgeon who informed us the cancer had spread and she only had weeks to live. Due to the care of the nurses my mum decided she wanted to stay on ward 2 and not go to a hospice. Money could not have bought the care and understanding help and loveliness of the nurses, they treated my mum with great dignity and a warmth that I have never known. They are a real credit to the nursing industry and the support and help they gave me and my family I will never forget. Thank you so so so much your help and kindness helped us through a very very sad time for me and my family Whoever is in charge of reading these reviews need to be complimented as they are a credit to your hospital and themselves.

Thank you for taking the time to post your comments especially at such a difficult time. I will pass on your comments to the relevant staff and I know they will be pleased to know that the care and compassion they gave to your Mum, has helped all the family.

With thanks again

Anne
