"Queens Hospital-Unfair Pressure "

Today I was taken to queens hospital by an ambulance me and my baby was ill and the ambulance took us to queens hospail to get looked at and to make sure we were ok. From the time we was there from the start the staff wasn't very nice they was very rude and didn't show no care at all I was left waiting for hours I didn't complan at all I just sit and waiting for my turn to be called when we got seen to it was very late. We was told we was ok and was giving pain kills to take home. I then ask if there was any way I could get help from them to get back home as it was late I didn't have no money on me.

I don't have no family local to me so I ask if they could get me back home in an ambulance. I was told no, phone a friend or my family I said I have but no one could help then I was told to ask a nurse. I ask the nurse that had seen to us if there was any way she could help me to get home as I didn't have no money on me or any that could pick up. She had said they can book me an ambulance to gete back home but I have to wait 3/4 hours and that she was going to make a referral to safeguard about me. When I ask her what is a safeguard she said social services referral I said why she had said cas you dont have money and I will b waiting in the hospital for a ambulance put me and my baby would be at risk.

I then google what safeguard was safeguard is to protect children from abuse or neglect this made my feel sick that they could even say this to as my baby isn't abused or neglected I have 3 years NVQ levels for health and social care I am also a registered childminder this had made me feel like I shouldnt go to the NHS for help if me or baby need a hospital visit.

I am going to make a complaint about this I also going to send an email to watch dog as in my view this just go to show how people have lost their children just for asking for a bit of help this isn't right at all and the NHS have no right to say or do this just because they don't want to help someone.

I will be making sure I complain in every way I can to make sure that queens hospail don't blackmail people like this again, thats how it makes me feel. I am very upset by the way I was treated by queen hospital.
