Anything else?
I came into the minor injuries unit with my son with a suspected fracture of the wrist. He was seen within five minutes. He had an X ray, and we were given the results of the X ray on the spot. The nurse consulted with a radiologist about the X ray and luckily the wrist was not broken. We were treated extremely well, and left the unit within 40 minutes. I think this is remarkable. The service was efficient, professional, and everyone was extremely polite. All the staff were a credit to the NHS, and we are very lucky in this country to have free health care.
"Quick efficient service"
