"Tired of waiting"

About: Leicester Royal Infirmary

Anything else?

I have yet to come to LRI. My consultant (at another hospital) wrote asking for an urgent CT scan. This letter was received on Sept 26th 2013 and it is confirmed as urgent. I have just rung again to check progress and there is none. The letter is apparently still waiting to be seen by a radiologist to see if they can do it! Not a scan or even appointment but just a view of the letter. Unacceptable. Please note that for section 4 I have yet to visit the hospital.
