We had an appointment to see consultant booked in at reception well before our time only to find out after our appointment time came and went that the consultant had gone home this was a complete waste of our time and time of work to attend . Previous to this the appointment had been cancelled and rebooked three times this to totally unacceptable . There was a complete lack of communication between reception and consultant. This is usually a very good hospital but today it failed
