About: Telford referral and quality service (TRAQS)

(as a service user),

As I do not drive, I need a local hospital - last time an appointment was made at New Cross without reference to me. I am pleased that I was offered a choice of hospital/day/time this time folllowing:

1. Phone call (on holiday)

2. Letter (still on holiday)

3. Phone call (day after we got back)

Thank you for your effort and not just choosing any hospital.
