"Appointment letter did not have enough details included"

About: Telford referral and quality service (TRAQS)

(as a service user),

All has been fine, but I would suggest that the APCS say what the appointment is for on the appointment letter.

Mine simply gave the hospital and the time and as I am waiting for two other appointments that I had to contact them to find out which one they were writing about,

Thank you for taking the time to write to TRAQS. Confirmation of APCS appointments is outside our control, however, I note your frustration that you needed to contact APCS to confirm your appointment details.

I hope that when you contacted them they were able to explain your appointment details for each of your referrals in full.
