"Somewhat aggrieved at having the inconvenience of traveling"

About: Telford referral and quality service (TRAQS) The Princess Royal Hospital / Cardiology

(as the patient),

Having high blood pressure and PAF my GP has tried 24 different tables to ease the condition. Having been sent to Telford I was told the heart clinic is over subscribed, so they were sending me back to my GP.

This was not the help I required. Therefore I am somewhat aggrieved at having the inconvenience of traveling etc to New Cross, Wolverhampton. But now I am being treated with respect.

Hello,

Thank you for taking your time to provide feedback.

We are very sorry to hear that your initial experience was not a positive one. TRAQS receives your referral from your GP and will action the referral according to your GP's instructions. Once the referral has been processed we will then contact the patient and offer a choice of hospital if appropriate. We understand the inconvenience that travelling has caused you however TRAQS have no control over the availability of lack of appointments at local providers.
