I don't doubt the professionalism of the staff, but it would be nice if a clinic is running late that you would be informed. My appointment was 1hr and 10 mins late and at no time was I told it was late and not one member of staff offered any acknowledgement or apology which is quite unsatisfactory in what looks like a great hospital. Communication is key, I understand things don't always go to plan but an apology goes a long way.

We are so sorry to hear about the delay you had when attending an outpatient appointment recently. We make every effort to ensure clinics run to time and staff are aware of the need to keep patients informed if anything untoward occurs which might cause a delay. We would like to apologise if this was not done in your case. If you would like to contact The Horder Centre directly and speak to our Operations Manager then she will be able to investigate what happened on the day you visited.
