"Problems with appointments system"

About: Manchester Royal Infirmary / Gastroenterology

(as the patient),

MRI system will not accept there is faults with their records.

On notifying them, just told "sorry and it will be sorted out". This makes no changes.

Not always believed.

It is a year since Dr took my blood and said he would send appointment.

This is the second time he has not sent appointment, so something is wrong with appointment system like I said previously.
