It is always good to receive feedback of any kind as it helps us to improve the quality of care we provide, positive feedback is very much appreciated and shows us that we are delivering the good quality care that we aim for, I will ensure all the Lancaster Unit team have access to this link and I am glad the stay at Ridge Lea had been a positive one.
