(as the patient),

I was very pleased to be put on the home care programme. It is an excellent service, saving the need for a hospital bed.

The nurses that treated me were excellent. Very caring and great at their job.

Felt the care was more personal and not just, eg. patient in bed 26.

Thank you for the positive feedback on the service we provide.

It has taken a lot of hard work for us to get this far and as you can imagine, positive feedback has made us all feel that it has been well worth the journey and we will endeavour to continue providing an excellent and personalised service to all.
