They always go the extra mile to make what for some is a very frightening experience as easy and painless as possible ,and I for one cannot imagine how they could make the infusion process any easier for their patients.However the hospital management could help and support them and those in their care by simply ensuring the public WiFi is available to patients to help pass the time during the infusion process.

It is always good to receive feedback; we try to ensure we share examples of good practice and also that we learn from any negative experiences.
